Sibin Learning Cart Private Limited, in collaboration with Samagra Shiksha under the State Education Department, is organizing a three-day Induction-cum In-Service Teachers’ Training Programme at PM Shri Sir Tashi Namgyal Senior Secondary School, Gangtok, scheduled from 31st January 2026 to 2nd February 2026.
The programme aims to strengthen vocational teaching skills and pedagogical practices among vocational faculties and is aligned with the National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF). Trade professionals from various industries across the state will serve as resource persons during the programme.
The training will emphasize skill-based sessions, group activities, and fun-based learning methodologies that can be effectively implemented in school classrooms.
